The Surf Hotel offers a Surf and Yoga package. Combing the best of our Surf Coaching package, with daily coaching in the water, you will also take part in a sunrise and sunset yoga session daily.
This package is the perfect combination, focusing your body and mind and letting your body stretch, relax and wind down after a long day of surfing.

- 6 days delicious dinner on the rooftop terrace (every Thursday the kitchen is closed)

- Daily 1 hour yoga session in the evening (except Thursday)
- 6 days of 2-hours surf coaching or guiding with a professional surf instructor in the morning

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
- Beach safety and surf equipment
- Positioning yourself correctly on the surfboard and in the ocean
- How to paddle, pop up and ride your first wave in the broken white water waves
- How to get ‘out back’ to the green unbroken waves and ride them to the beach
- How to play with speed and turn in both directions
- You will learn about rips, tides and surfers’ etiquette
